We had our very 1st remedial yesterday with lucky 13 people except that we were missing Jiahui who had a match.

I am appealing to all of you to be self-initiated when it comes to announcing your absence from any of my lessons. Either you see me before the lesson commences(starts) or at least get someone to inform of your impending disappearing act.

I have to admit that I like remedials where I can give so much more attention to you. I was feeling happy because some of you actually wrote the scenario description better the second time round.

I have to give credit to Clement, Boon Kiat and Qiyi who have shown much improvement either the 1st or 2nd attempts.

Applause please...

I feel crappy. Ever since I was away for 4months because of my mysterious illness, I have told myself that I wouldn't want to get another day MC for the rest of my teaching days......alas, it couldn't be realised.

The downside to teaching is most of the time, the teacher is straining his/her larynx(voice-box) so every student could hear him/her loud and clear from all corners of the classroom.

In PE, it is worse cause all the students would be dispersed to unearthly corners of the play area.

My tonsils are protesting and they are swollen like blushing walnuts. Take a look...

I hate to be sick. Contrary to the belief of many, I like going school. Why? You may cynically ask...well, by coming to school, I am given an opportunity to shape lives - not change them entirely. A fellow teacher said that what is important in teaching is that the teacher is immortalised in the hearts of the students. I beg to differ 'cause the students may remember the teacher but the teacher failed as he/she did not thrust the student higher than they should be.

To be honest. Staying home, I have time to shape my kids' lives - Telling them it is rude to snatch PSP from the father(value of filial-piety). telling my daughter that pushing her brother away to get the swimming board is ingredient for a disaster(sibling tolerance) and trying to convince my son to stop drinking like a buffalo(water-conversation)

Well, I guess if I dun rest these few days, I may not be able to walk a greater length with some of my students.

Hi..

It's wonderful that a lot of you have spared the effort to give me the homework. As for the non-believers who have yet to submit.....please prepare yourself for what is to come......

Like I promise, I will post stuff here which are interesting and funny or maybe even eerie...

Check out this eerie photo....

Make a guess who this person is?

I will give 2 bonus marks for the wittiest comments to this post.
